2️⃣ Wrap the mushrooms – Take a slice of pork belly and wrap it around a bundle of enoki mushrooms. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
3️⃣ Make the sauce – Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.
4️⃣ Cook the rolls – Heat a pan over medium heat and place the rolls seam-side down. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
